We ship orders out as fast as humanly possible (sometimes faster — we’re basically gift ninjas).

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: Not available at the moment

You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.


🛑 Can I change or cancel my order?

If you need to make changes, please reach out within 12 hours. After that, your order is usually already being prepared, and changes may not be possible.


🌍 Do you ship internationally?

Not yet — but never say never! For now, we ship within the United States only.


📬 My package says “delivered,” but it’s not here. What should I do?

Don’t panic — this happens more often than you’d think.

  • Check with neighbors

  • Look around your porch or mailbox cluster

  • Wait 24–48 hours (carriers sometimes scan early)

If it still hasn’t shown up, contact us, and we’ll help track it down.
